Phone number & OTP
Register with a valid Ethiopian mobile (+251). We send a one-time code to verify your number before you continue.
Profile, face photo & ID
Add your legal name, set a password, upload a clear face photo for your courier profile, and submit the ID type and document images the app requests.
Fayda (rolling out)
You can verify your national ID with Fayda. It may be optional for now and required later, and the courier app will always show you what you need.
Vehicle or standard mode
Add your bike, motorcycle, car, or other vehicle with its plates, documents, and a photo if needed. No vehicle? Pick standard mode and deliver on foot or by public transport, with no vehicle paperwork.
Admin approval
Our team reviews your profile, ID, and either your registered vehicle or your no-vehicle standard choice before your account can be matched to paid jobs.
Go online, nearby requests
Once you're approved, go online and you'll start getting delivery requests near you. Accept the ones that fit your route.
What we ask for depends on your vehicle. Motorcycles and cars need plates and registration, for example. In standard mode you skip the vehicle paperwork, but we still review your account before you can take jobs.
